We were able to pick up several old apple crates from the orchard. They each will come in most handy, whether for storing fruits and vegetables, posing as a bookshelf, equipment holder for photography outings, or simply a beautifully textured prop for a photo-shoot!

I love the look of old apple crates. The pictures were taken with the 50mm lens, right? I am hoping to get my own D7000 and 50mm lens in November. I am so excited! When I get them we should get together so I can watch you working yours. :)

I love the reflection of red in the pears especially in the first shot. You captured the contrast of textures and colors beautifully!
