When we said goodbye to gluten, we thought we said goodbye to graham crackers, too.
But it seems as though the latter goodbye was short-lived.
After receiving a link from a sweet friend for gluten-free graham crackers, we thought we would give them a try. It couldn’t hurt, right? We don’t regret trying the recipe one bit.
They’re even far better than the packaged, store-bought graham crackers!
And now that you’re wanting to try them for yourself, you might want to click here to print out the recipe and head on into the kitchen to tie your apron on!
One of our projects will be revealed in the not-so-distant future . . . but in the meantime, we’ll have to keep it “under wraps.” (You may find a clue or two now and then.)
Keep updated so that you don’t miss any of those clues!

Yum! They look like they came out great! :D So glad you all enjoyed them so much! I’ve yet to test them out myself…but I hope to soon. ;) I’d love to see if I could take them and make some graham cracker crusts with them for my dad. ;) We have a no-bake cheesecake (it’s soo good!) that we make from time to time that uses one… :)
Oooh, I can’t wait to see what you ladies have been secretly up to of late! ;) Hehe! I am sure it will be quite splendid! ;)
Love, Hugs, and Blessings!

Thanks for the yummy recipe, Emily! We are mostly g-f here as well and it’s always nice to get new ideas.

Looks delicious! :-)
Our family is going to be going gluten free soon (both my mom and I are already) so this is wonderful!!! I will have to send the link to my mom! :)
Thanks for sharing!

Yum. They look more like cookies! ;-)
Hello,
I was just wondering if you could tell me how to get a widget for my own blog? Thankyou!
Love in Christ,

Blessings~ Miss Jen
P.S.
I am looking forward to hearing about your project! *smiles*
Looks tasty, I’ll have to give it a try. I have a graham cracker recipe that is ok if you don’t think of them as graham crackers lol. Can I sub regular flour?
Sharon, regular flour would probably work. I know that some friends substituted the gluten-free flour with regular flour in the chocolate chip cookies and they turned out great. You can certainly try it – and if you do, let me know if it worked!
Thank you for posting this. Since we have went gluten and casein free for our youngest son (he is autistic and this diet is prayerfuly being tried to help him learn.) It has been great to have your mommas’ and your help. I am blessed by this. Thank you very much for posting on the success in gluten free cooking. This makes my journey lighter. Smiles from TX, Angelia
those look tasty! have you heard of celiacteen.com? she has lots and lots of wonderful gf recipes!
Wow, I have not had a graham cracker for two years since we went GF. My son has Celiac and my daughter and I are intolerant. I have tons of yummy recipes on my blog, pancakes, pizza crust etc. I make gf pancakes for every big family get together and everyone loves them even people who can eat gluten, they are amazing! I am glad you found out what was bothering you. It is such a better way to live, hard at first but better in the end.
God Bless.
Chloe-Jane,
Thank you for asking! At this time I do not have one available, but hopefully soon!
What can be used in place of the rice flour? Maybe almond flour? Thanks.
