18 January 2010

There was a crisp breeze and it was very cold outside, but we decided it was time for a photo shoot. There was a heavy fog, creating the field to fade into gray skies. Thanks goes to my dearest sister who was a wonderful model for these shots!

Oh my! Your photography is always so breathtaking!! I would love LOVE it if you planned on a post where you listed your photography equipment. I’m curious to see which camera model you own, and whichlenses you have!

That is just the neatest thing! I love fog and mist (when you don’t have to drive in it!).

I ditto Kristen in asking, if you/Breezy don’t mind, where did she get her skirt? I’ve been on the search for a long denim skirt, but have yet to find one that is affordable.

Emily, your photos are always so crystal clear, that they are stunning no matter the subject. It also helps to have a gorgeous sister. ;) I am certainly not saying that my sister is not gorgeous, but merely that your’s is too!

Emily, those are gorgeous(so is Breezy). I love her skirt, too – it looks like the kind I’ve been searching for (only in jean, not brown).
And to have a field like that nearby! Ah, I’m jealous. All of our wide open spaces have been taken over by cranes and cement.

Dear Breezy, you look beautiful as always. :) Oh, and Mama wore an outfit almost identical to yours the other day!

Beautiful work, Emily Rose! The background is amazing. I’m glad you didn’t let that picture opportunity go to waste! :)

Thanks for sharing these with us.

    Kimberly,

Do you have a Kohl’s store near you? My mother found a skirt very similar to Breezy’s there a couple years back. They may begin carrying them again sometime soon. I would also shop around in thrift stores or perhaps even on Ebay…the vast majority of my skirts all came from thrift stores.

I hope you find one soon! :)

    Blessings,
    Rebekah
